Access tokens and personal information are only used to communicate with Facebook’s API and are not exposed publicly.

If you disconnect your Facebook account or delete your CRM account, your access token and related data will be permanently deleted.

Our app uses the following Facebook permissions solely for functional purposes:

  • leads_retrieval – to retrieve your page’s lead form submissions

  • pages_show_list – to list and select your managed Facebook Pages

  • pages_read_engagement – to read your page details and match forms to pages

  • pages_manage_metadata – to enable webhook subscriptions for real-time lead delivery

  • business_management – to connect your business assets within Facebook Business Manager

We do not post content or manage your Facebook Page without your explicit consent.
